| 安装 install GB10060-93<电梯安装验收规范>对导轨的安装技术要求： GB10060-93 < Specification for Installation and Acceptance of Elevators > Technical Requirements for Installation of Guideways: 1.每根导轨至少有两个导轨支架,其间距在2-2.5M [3] 之间，特殊情况，应有措施保证导轨安装满足GB7588-2003规定的弯曲强度要求。导轨支架水平度不大于1.5%，导轨支架的地脚螺栓或支架直接埋入深度不应小于120mm.如果用焊接支架焊缝必须是连续的，并应双面焊牢。 1. Each guide rail has at least two guide brackets with spacing between 2-2.5M [3]. In special cases, measures should be taken to ensure that the installation of the guide rail meets the bending strength requirements specified in GB7588-2003. The horizontal degree of the guide support should not be less than 1.5%. The direct embedding depth of the foot bolt or support of the guide support should not be less than 120 mm. If the welding seam of the welding support is continuous, it should be double-sided soldered firmly. 2.当电梯冲顶时，导靴不应越轨。 2. When the elevator rushes to the top, the guide boots should not deviate from the rails. 3.每列导轨工作面对安装基准线每5M的偏差应不大于下列数值:轿厢设有安全钳的对重导轨为0.6mm，不设安全钳的T形对重导轨为1.0mm。 3. The deviation of the working face of each guideway for every 5M of the installation datum line shall not be greater than the following values: the counterweight guideway with safety pliers in the car is 0.6mm, and the T-shaped counterweight guideway without safety pliers is 1.0mm. 4.导轨应用压板固定在导轨架上，不应采用焊接或直接连接。 4. The guideway shall be fixed on the guideway frame with pressure plate, and shall not be welded or directly connected. 5.两列导轨顶面间的距离偏差：轿厢为+2-0；对重导轨为+3-0。 5. The distance deviation between the top surfaces of the two guideways is +2-0 for the sedan car and +3-0 for the heavy guideway. 6.在有安装基准线时，每列导轨应相对基准线整列检测，取最大偏差值。 6. When installing the datum line, each rail should be inspected in line with the datum line, and the maximum deviation should be taken. |
