1．1待装电梯导轨的检验电梯导轨(特别是轿厢导轨)在安装前须检查每根待装导轨的直线度不应超出l／6000，整根导轨其最大弯曲不超过0．6ram，并在任1000mm中弯曲度不应超出0．3ram(这对于现场导轨的正确堆放、搬运等都提有一定的要求)；工地检测采用2块磁铁吸压一根细线在磁铁与金属垫片间，垫片再吸附与导轨被测工作面并将线拉直进行测量；水平测量时应考虑导轨自重所引起的弯曲，测量侧向工作面时应平躺、测量顶端工作面时应侧躺；扭曲校检可用两磁力水平、垂直仪吸附侧向工作面检查各段相对扭曲或将导轨卧躺用两水平仪测量两接导面相对水平。

若弯曲过大应在校正后方可安装；现场直线度、扭曲校正，只要点把握得准并不难，若存在有严重扭曲、弯头又实在无法校直情况可考虑更换或将其安装于井道最高或最低处。
