电梯导轨
电梯导轨是由钢轨和连接板构成的电梯构件,它分为轿厢导轨和对重导轨。从截面形状分为T形,L形和空心三种形式。导轨在起导向作用的同时,承受轿厢,电梯制动时的冲击力,安全钳紧急制动时的冲击力等。这些力的大小与电梯的载质量和速度有关,因此应根据电梯速度和载质量选配导轨。通常称轿厢导轨为主轨,对重导轨为副轨。
Elevator guide rail is an elevator component composed of rail and connecting plate, which is divided into car guide rail and counterweight guide rail. From the section shape, it can be divided into three forms: T-shaped, L-shaped and hollow. The guide rail bears the impact force when the car and elevator are braked, and the impact force when the safety tongs are braked in an emergency. The magnitude of these forces is related to the load and speed of the elevator, so the guide rail should be selected according to the speed and load of the elevator. It is usually called car guide rail as main rail and counterweight guide rail as auxiliary rail.
