〈1〉导轨支架的型式

导轨支架可分为轿厢导轨支架、对重导轨支架，和轿厢与对重共用导轨支架三种型式。

〈2〉导轨支架与井道墙的固定方法：

①对穿螺栓固定法：

当井道墙壁厚度小于150毫米时，可用冲击钻或电锤，在井道壁上钻出所需大小的孔，用螺栓对穿孔将导轨支架可靠。

当井道墙壁厚度大于150毫米时，都采用这种方式。

这时井道墙上大都留有预留孔。或需凿一孔。安装时应将预埋螺栓或开过脚的导轨支架按要求位置固定好。埋入深度不小于120毫米。并用较高标号的混凝土浇灌牢固。

这种方式适用于混凝土井道墙壁，在建造井道时应按施工图要求在预留孔位置处预埋入带有钢筋弯脚的钢板。安装时将导轨支架焊接在钢板上即可。但焊接焊缝应是连续的，并应双而焊牢。

This method is applicable to the concrete shaft wall. When constructing the well, the steel plate with steel bar bent should be embedded in the location of the reserved hole according to the construction plan. When installing, the guide rail bracket can be welded on the steel plate. But the welding seam should be continuous and double welded.

④膨胀螺栓固定法

Expansion bolt fixing method

适用于混凝土井道。安装时用冲击钻在井道墙上钻一与膨胀螺栓规格相匹配的孔，放入膨胀螺栓将支架固定即可。有关膨胀螺栓规格与钻孔直径见附录7所示。

It is suitable for concrete well. When installing, drill a hole that is matched with the specification of the expansion bolt on the well wall wall with the percussion drill, and place the expansion bolt into the hole to fix the bracket. 〈3）导轨支架的位置布置

Position arrangement of "3" guide rail support

①由井道底坑算起，第一排导轨支架距底坑地面应不大于1000毫米，最高一排导轨支架距井道顶部楼板不大于500毫米。或按图纸要求定位。

(1) from the bottom pit of the well, the first row of guide rail support should not be more than 1000 mm from the bottom pit, and the highest row of guide rail support is not more than 500 mm from the top floor of the wellbore. Or in accordance with the requirements of the drawings.

导轨支架的位置布置应考虑到导轨接导板的位置不能与之相碰，应上下错开。

The location of the guide bracket should be taken into account that the position of the guide rail can not be touched by the guide plate, and it should be staggered up and down.

②以底坑内第一排导轨支架为基点，向上每隔2米布置一个导轨支架，个别地方(如与接导板相碰处)最大间距应不大于2.5米。

At the base of the first row of guideway in the bottom pit, a guide bracket is arranged every 2 meters up, and the maximum distance between a few places (such as the contact with the guide plate) should not be more than 2.5 meters.

③轿厢导轨每根至少应有两个导轨支架，但导轨支架间距不得大于2.5米。

〈4〉导轨支架安装的质量要求：

The quality requirements for the installation of "4" guide rail support:

①应首先安装同一根导轨的最高和最低的两只导轨支架，并使该两支架低于样板架挂放的导轨支架面线1～2毫米。

First, the highest and minimum two guide rails of the same guide should be installed, and the two supports are less than 1~2 mm of the guideway bracket hanging on the model rack.

②导轨支架上安装导轨的平面应保持垂直，导轨支架的水平度a应不大于1.5%

2. The plane of the guide rail installed on the guide rail should be kept vertical, and the horizontal a of the guide bracket should not exceed 1.5%.

③根据以上最高与最低两导轨支架为基准埋设各中间导轨支架。如果井道墙面高低不平偏差较大时，导轨支架高低尺寸应根据实际位置而定。

According to the top and lowest two rail support, the middle rail support is buried. If the height of the shaft wall is uneven, the height of the guide rail should be determined according to the actual position.
