Installation of guide support
〈1〉导轨支架的型式
Type of "1" guide rail
导轨支架可分为轿厢导轨支架、对重导轨支架,和轿厢与对重共用导轨支架三种型式。
The guide rail support can be divided into three types: the car guide rail support, the heavy rail support, the sedan car and the heavy common guide rail support.
〈2〉导轨支架与井道墙的固定方法:
The fixed method of the "2" guide rail support and the well wall.
①对穿螺栓固定法:
(1) the method of bolt fixation:
当井道墙壁厚度小于150毫米时,可用冲击钻或电锤,在井道壁上钻出所需大小的孔,用螺栓对穿孔将导轨支架可靠。
When the well wall thickness less than 150 mm, can impact drill or hammer, drilled in the well wall on the desired size of the hole, bolt on perforation will guide and support reliable.
固定在井道壁上,同时应在井道壁背面放置一块尺寸较大的厚钢板垫片所示。

②预埋螺栓或直接埋设固定法
(2) pre buried bolt or direct embedding method
当井道墙壁厚度大于150毫米时,都采用这种方式。
This method is used when the thickness of the well wall is more than 150 millimeters.
这时井道墙上大都留有预留孔。或需凿一孔。安装时应将预埋螺栓或开过脚的导轨支架按要求位置固定好。埋入深度不小于120毫米。并用较高标号的混凝土浇灌牢固。
At this time, there are mostly reserved holes on the wall of the well. Or a hole should be chiseled. When installing, the pre buried bolt or the guide rail support should be fixed at the required position. The depth of burial is not less than 120 millimeters. It is firmly poured with high marked concrete.
③预埋钢板焊接固定法
The fixed method of pre buried steel plate welding
这种方式适用于混凝土井道墙壁,在建造井道时应按施工图要求在预留孔位置处预埋入带有钢筋弯脚的钢板。安装时将导轨支架焊接在钢板上即可。但焊接焊缝应是连续的,并应双而焊牢。
This method is suitable for the concrete wall of well, should according to the construction drawing requirements with steel plate in bending the embedded position of pre reserved hole in the construction of wells road. The guide rail support is welded on the steel plate during installation. But the welding seam should be continuous, and shall be welded and double.
④膨胀螺栓固定法
Expansion bolt fixing method
适用于混凝土井道。安装时用冲击钻在井道墙上钻一与膨胀螺栓规格相匹配的孔,放入膨胀螺栓将支架固定即可。有关膨胀螺栓规格与钻孔直径见附录7所示。
It is suitable for concrete well. When installing, drill a hole on the wall of the well track with the impact drill on the wall of the well, and put the expansion bolt to fix the support. The specifications for the expansion bolt and the diameter of the drill hole are shown in Appendix 7.
〈3)导轨支架的位置布置
Position arrangement of "3" guide rail support
①由井道底坑算起,第一排导轨支架距底坑地面应不大于1000毫米,最高一排导轨支架距井道顶部楼板不大于500毫米。或按图纸要求定位。
(1) from the bottom hole of the well, the first row of guide rails should not be larger than 1000 mm from the bottom pit, and the highest row of guide rails shall not exceed 500 mm from the top of the well. Or in accordance with the requirements of the drawings.
导轨支架的位置布置应考虑到导轨接导板的位置不能与之相碰,应上下错开。
Arrangement of guide rail bracket position should take into account the position of the guide rail and the guide plate cannot collide, should be staggered up and down.
②以底坑内第一排导轨支架为基点,向上每隔2米布置一个导轨支架,个别地方(如与接导板相碰处)最大间距应不大于2.5米。

③轿厢导轨每根至少应有两个导轨支架,但导轨支架间距不得大于2.5米。

〈4〉导轨支架安装的质量要求:
The quality requirements for the installation of "4" guide rail support:
①应首先安装同一根导轨的最高和最低的两只导轨支架,并使该两支架低于样板架挂放的导轨支架面线1~2毫米。
First, the highest and lowest two guideway supports of the same guide should be installed first, and the rail support line of the two support below the sample frame should be 1~2 millimeter.
②导轨支架上安装导轨的平面应保持垂直,导轨支架的水平度a应不大于1.5%,如图6-36所示。

③根据以上最高与最低两导轨支架为基准埋设各中间导轨支架。如果井道墙面高低不平偏差较大时,导轨支架高低尺寸应根据实际位置而定。
