干货:关于6m电梯导轨应用方案探讨
一、前言
First, preface
根据GB50096-2011《住宅设计规范》第5.5.1条:住宅层高宜为2.80m。实际上国内的住宅楼、写字楼等建筑,除了底下几层有商业用途的楼层比较高以外,其余楼层的高度一般都是2.8m~3.0m。但我们电梯的井道图,都要求井道每隔不大于2.5m的距离布置一档圈梁,来满足导轨支架的安装。这样就需要井道建筑增加很多圈梁,甚至是全混凝土结构的井道。如果井道修好之后才发现遗漏圈梁,还需要对井道进行整改。

二、可行性分析

GB/T 10060-2011《电梯安装验收规范》第5.2.5.2条:“每根导轨宜至少设置两个导轨支架,支架间距不宜大于2.5m。当不能满足此要求时,应有措施保证导轨安装满足GB 7588-2003中10.1.2规定的许可应力和变形要求。”根据此要求,是允许导轨支架间距大于2.5m的,如果将导轨支架间距改为不大于3m,需要强制满足的要求是每根导轨至少设置两个导轨支架,还要保证许可应力和变形要求。

当导轨支架间距为3m时,为了保证每根导轨至少设置两个导轨支架,每根导轨的长度需要改为6m,查GB/T 22562-2008《电梯T型导轨》第6.2.1条:“导轨的长度以毫米表示,公差为±2mm。批量供应的产品,长度宜为5000mm。”可见6m长的导轨并不违反国家标准。

三、强度计算

以我司1000kg 1.75m/s的标准,采用T89/B的轿厢导轨和TK5A的对重导轨,当导轨支架间距改为3m时,我们先以T89/B的轿厢导轨和TK5A的对重导轨进行许可应力和变形的计算,电梯的基本参数和平面图如下所示:

按GB 7588-2003《电梯制造与安装安全规范》附录G偏心导向的形式进行强度计算(另附计算过程)。

通过计算结果可知,当导轨支架间距改为3m时,T89/B的轿厢导轨和TK5A的对重导轨依然可满足GB 7588-2003中10.1.2规定的许可应力和变形要求。

三、技术经济分析

除此以外,实际安装过程中,还可以节省15.6%的导轨支架安装工作量,节省20%的导轨连接、修平的工作量。

四、可能存在的问题
